TEKNİM HAS INCREASED EXPORT SALES BY %149

TEKNİM HAS INCREASED EXPORT SALES BY 149 PERCENT
In the interview we held with Teknim Overseas Sales Manager Bünyamin Tavukçuoğlu in our January issue, we talked about Teknim’s
performance in the industry in 2022 and the new projects to be realized in the new year.
Can you tell us about your export fi gures for 2022 as Teknim, and to which regions did you export?
What are your 2023 goals and investment plans?
A large part of our exports are made up of sales to our distributors in more than 30 countries in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and the
Turkic Republics. Especially in 2022, when we shifted our focus to the European market, both our existing fire alarm products and our recently
released wireless fi re alarm systems were appreciated by many global companies with their quality and performance, and thus we managed to
increase our export sales by a signifi cant 149% compared to the previous year. In 2023, we aim to increase our exports by at least 60%
by taking our existing quality certifi cates to the next level with globally recognized testing and certifi cation organizations.
What are your new projects signed by Teknim that will be added to your product range for fire and security systems?
As Teknim, our greatest strength comes from our R&D department, where we can design our own products and accumulate a great deal of know-how. As every year,
we aim to increase our market share with the new products we plan to release this year. In this respect, the products that excite us the most in 2023 are the
Extinguishing Panel, new generation conventional fi re products, external ambient sirens and call buttons, and our graphic monitoring software and mobile application
called Mosaic, with which we can manage Teknim fi re and burglar alarm system
